This letter is pronounced exactly as in Hindi as CH as in ‘Chamber’ in English.

Some more examples of same sound in English are as follows.

CH sound as in ‘Church’ or in ‘Channel’.

While pronouncing च CH in Channel or in Church you would feel some air is being released from mouth while Hindi is just opposite. In Hindi you should not release the air from mouth rather you should pronounce it with some stress.
